Sam is a videographer and film photographer with a degree in Sound and Image from the Caldas da Rainha School of Art and Design. He specializes in videography and film photography, with a focus on cinematic aesthetics and visual storytelling.

Currently, he works as an editor at Carmencita Film Lab in Lisbon, a laboratory dedicated to analog photography. Additionally, he is studying documentary filmmaking at the Art of Documentary Academy (Canada) and in cinematography at World Academy (Portugal), with the dream of becoming a cinematographer.

In May 2024, he was invited to exhibit at the “Imagenation Paris” exhibition, and his work has been featured by Photo Vogue on several occasions. Recently, he released a short-documentary titled "OBBA," about a small coffee specialist, and has been working on various music videos and documentaries.
